I am looking for enthusiastic researchers to take the lead on the synthetic chemistry required for a modular antimicrobial drug-discovery project. The which will centre around supramolecular chemistry, with one student developing carbohydrate-derivatives and the other focussing on metal coordination complexes. The research will involve plenty of interdisciplinary training, opportunities to travel for research secondments and conferences. The successful candidate will join a growing research team in UCD Dublin, Ireland.
