The Workshop "Together we are the strongest: breaking the limit of protein-carbohydrateinteractions" took place in Siena (Italy) 11th-12th September 2023; This workshop , organized by Prof Cristina Nativi (Università degli Studi di Firenze) in collaboration with Foundation Toscana Life Science. The workshop was of particular interest for Early Career Researchers and combined industrial presentations with didactic lectures delivered by Academic PIs from our Action.
